Job summary

Step Up Rehab, LLC seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy in a dedicated SNF therapy gym. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay for qualified Florida-licensed professionals.

You will work with residents to regain function and independence, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to enhance safety and quality of life in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Active Florida OT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a OT. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
