Job summary

Eden Senior Care in Pennsylvania seeks an Occupational Therapist to join Edenbrook North and Edenbrook South. The full-time and PRN OT roles focus on delivering quality therapy and coordinating with COTAs to support residents’ ADL/IADL goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, planning treatment, supervising COTAs, and implementing interventions to maximize independence. A PA OT license and Master’s or Doctorate in OT are required; a $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for full-time

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania OT license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing, home health, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• To provide quality Occupational therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards.
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation and conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.
• To supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the implementation of the treatment plan.
• Apply interventions to maximize safety and performance in activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL).
• Recommend adaptive equipment and train in its use.
• Guide and educate family members and caregivers.

Edenbrook North is seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists (FT and PRN) to join our dynamic rehabilitation team!

The successful Full-time Occupational Therapist will support two buildings, Edenbrook North and Edenbrook South, while the PRN Occupational Therapist will support Edenbrook North.

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-time and/or PRN

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• To provide quality Occupational therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards.
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation and conduct specialized evaluations as indicated.
• To supervise and direct Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in the implementation of the treatment plan.
