Trilogy Health Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services at The Glen. You will assess patients, plan and implement treatments, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include educating patients and families, documenting progress, and adapting plans as needed. Travel is required occasionally (typically less than 10%).

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current state OT licensure or registration is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Education: Master Degree
Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
