Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Dayton, OH is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services at Vienna Springs Health Campus.

The OT will assess patients, plan therapy, and deliver interventions within an interdisciplinary team to promote functional recovery.

Qualifications

• Master degree in occupational therapy required.
• 0-1 years of OT experience.
• Current valid state OT licensure in Ohio.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and their families on techniques for daily living activities.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.


• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.


• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.


• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master Degree
Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration


• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%).
