Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services at Gateway Springs Health Campus, Hamilton, OH. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities include implementing interventions, educating patients and families, documenting progress, and collaborating with the care team. Travel is required, typically under 10%.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 0-1 years of experience in OT or related setting.
• Active OT license in Ohio (or eligibility).
• Current CPR certification preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Education: Master Degree
Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
