Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Vermilion, Ohio is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide a full range of OT services in a senior living setting. You will assess patients, plan treatments, and implement interventions in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Education requirements include a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure; 0–1 year of experience welcomed. Travel is minimal. We offer weekly pay, benefits, and a supportive work environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education: Master Degree

Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
