Job summary

InHome Therapy is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for in-home care in the Austin, Buda, and Kyle areas. You will help adult and geriatric patients regain independence through tailored therapy services. InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around South Austin, Buda, or Kyle. You will spend your days helping patients regain independence, safely navigate daily routines, and stay engaged in the routines and activities they value most. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their home
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 to $85 per eval. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
