InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed Occupational Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Bartlett. If you want a flexible schedule, a steady caseload, and a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll deliver in-home OT services, evaluate mobility and function, implement rehab programs, educate patients and families, and maintain Medicare-compliant documentation.

Qualificações

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain Medicare-compliant home health care documentation.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
