Powerback Rehab presents a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity at Uptown Rehab Center. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy to help patients regain independence. The role emphasizes patient-centered care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications include ACOTE-accredited OT degree, NBCOT registration, and an active state OT license. Location is in-facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE-accredited)
• Initial registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Valid and unencumbered state OT license

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities for patients.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Aim to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with team and refer to other care providers as needed.
• Maintain patient-centered care with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.

You’re equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is the design of a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence.

You’re adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.

You’re a teammate and are looking for collaboration with your peers, but you’re also happy to make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
