Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility OT services, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy aimed at restoring independence. You will collaborate with rehab professionals and train patients and caregivers to maximize daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and active OT license in the practicing state.

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

You’re a healer and helper, adept at addressing the whole patient and designing a program to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.

You adapt to the patient’s needs and find joy in varied work settings. You collaborate with peers and refer patients when necessary, and you train patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range: USD $43.00 - USD $47.00 /Hr.
