Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in‑facility rehab team in Kansas. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver therapy to restore independence and function for adults and children in home and clinic settings.

You will collaborate with the Director of Rehab and peers, educate patients and caregivers, and participate in mentorship and ongoing professional development. A state license and NBCOT registration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT certification/registration required.
• Current, valid OT license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to restore function.
• Collaborate with rehab team for patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $41.62 - USD $45.73 /Hr.
