Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home OT services for adults and geriatric patients in the Lockport area. The role offers a flexible schedule with a consistent caseload and a supportive team, plus a tablet with data plan and reimbursement for mileage.

You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and educate families while maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation. Licensing and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with email/texting/EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain Medicare/compliance documentation.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
