Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team in Texas. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver OT services to help clients regain independence.

You will collaborate with therapists, nurses, and caregivers, educate patients and families, and contribute to personalized care plans aimed at restoring function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Collaborate with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

Qualifications
