Evolve Therapy Services, LLC in North Platte, NE is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. Full-time, part-time, or PRN options with flexible scheduling and a relocation or sign-on bonus are available.

You will plan, organize, and direct OT services, supervise COTAs, and ensure documentation compliance while delivering high-quality resident care in accordance with regulations. Active OT license and ongoing CE required.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification.

Responsabilidades

• Screen residents to determine best OT interventions.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families/caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with other team members.
• Conduct therapy according to treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of OT services.
• Oversee COTA as needed and ensure documentation and treatments are carried out with clinical excellence and proper reimbursement practices.

Evolve Therapy Services is a therapy management organization hiring compassionate therapists for our partner located in North Platte, NE!Job Position: Occupational Therapist for an In-house Skilled Nursing FacilityJob Type: Full Time ($10,000 Relocation or Sign-On Bonus + Salaried!), Part Time, or PRN. Flexible Scheduling! Job Purpose: To plan, organize, develop, and direct Occupational Therapy Services in facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as may be directed by Administrator, to ensure that highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.Job Functions:

• Conduct regular screening of residents to figure out the best intervention or treatment for each individual patient
• Evaluate residents to inform and develop treatment plans; establish short- and long-term goals and methods to achieve goals
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families/caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules in cooperation with other team members
• Conduct therapy according to established treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of occupational therapy services
• Perform all other duties as assigned and as required to effectively treat patients
• Oversee COTA as needed and ensure all documentation and treatments are carried out with clinical excellence and proper reimbursement practices are being followed

Education & Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• MUST have an Active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s)
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification
