Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in Lemon Grove, CA and surrounding areas, with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans practiced in patients' homes and communities.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, and ideally a Master's degree; experience with neurologically related disorders is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and be licensed to practice in California.
• Experience treating neurological disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, writing and time management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, cognitive needs and adaptive equipment needs.
• Delivery of patient-centered occupational therapy services in patients’ homes and community settings.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment plans.

We are looking for experienced Occupational Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Lemon Grove, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Qualifications:

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred

• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
