Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our nonprofit hospital program in Great Falls, MT. You will serve adult and geriatric patients in the Inpatient Rehab Unit and Outpatient Neuro Clinic, delivering patient-centered OT care in a fast-paced setting.

Our ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctorate in OT, is passionate about neuro rehab, and thrives in a collaborative team of 50+ PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to adult and geriatric patients in the Inpatient Rehab Unit and Outpatient Neuro Clinic.
• Collaborate with a team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site.
• Deliver patient-centered care and guide rehabilitation in a nonprofit hospital setting.

About the Hospital

• Full-Time | Permanent Position
• Serve neurological patient populations in both the Inpatient Rehab Unit and Outpatient Neuro Clinic
• See stroke, TBI, SCI, parkinson's, and more
• Treat Geriatric and Adult patients: No Pediatrics
• Nonprofit Loan Forgiveness Eligible (PSLF)
• Customized mentorship from an experienced team as needed
• 4/10s or 5/8s Schedule + paid documentation time daily
• Collaborate with a team of over 50 PTs, OTs, and SLPs on site
