Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an inpatient rehab role in San Francisco. You will assess and design individualized therapies to help patients regain independence after injury or surgery, working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The position offers full-time employment with benefits, a sign-on bonus, and loan repayment support, serving a diverse adult/geriatric caseload.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• New/Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Active PT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred.
• H1B Visa Sponsorship is NOT Available.

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support to 7-8 patients per day as they navigate their recovery journey.
