Job summary

Sunnyvale Post-Acute Center in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an Occupational Therapist/OTR for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. NEW GRADS WELCOME. Rate range is $57-$67 per hour.

The therapy team uses state-of-the-art equipment and provides mentoring for new grads, with flexible scheduling and a supportive environment. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, delivering therapies per physician orders, supervising OT Assistants, and contributing to care conferences.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) per state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective treatment plans and obtain physician approval.
• Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
• Assist nursing with Restorative Aide training.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in patient care as per state act.
• Communicate patient progress and plans with supervisor and health team.
• Participate in Patient Care Conferences and Rehabilitation meetings as needed.
