Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Racine, WI is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence through self-care and activities of daily living.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and use evidence-based practices to achieve functional outcomes. Compensation includes a base salary range with bonuses and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved occupational therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.

Job description

As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines. This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.

• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
