Job summary

Freeman Springdale Hospital is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Rehab team on a PRN basis. You will independently evaluate patients, develop treatment plans based on goals, deliver care, and document progress for physician-referred cases.

You will supervise support staff, participate in discharge planning, and ensure care aligns with ethics, standards, and hospital policies. Arkansas OT license required; new grads welcome, 2 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Occupational Therapy License.
• New grads accepted, Preferred 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers and documents care, and provides discharge planning.
• Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff.

What You’ll Do

Independently evaluates patients, develops a treatment plan based on goal directed objectives, delivers / documents care, and provided D/C planning on all physician referred patients. Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff. Performs tasks in compliance with the professional code of ethics, standards of practice, state / national regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies /procedures.

Requirements

Current Arkansas Occupational Therapy License.
