Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a freestanding inpatient rehab hospital team focused on neuro-focused patient care.

You will see five patients per day within a collaborative setting and participate in mentorship with a strong multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Detail oriented but able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication across all levels; liaison with internal and external customers.
• Collaborative, team-building mindset; servant leader.

Responsibilities

• See 5 patients per day with a 75% productivity standard.
• Provide mentorship and training within a strong therapist team.
• Deliver high-quality patient care; collaborate with PT, PTA, OT, and SLP colleagues.
• Support patient discharge planning and return-to-home outcomes (about 22 days length of stay).

About the Position:

Come work on a team of 5 Physical Therapist, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, 5 Occupational Therapist, and 2 Speech Language Pathologist. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 90% return to home rate.
