Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Rhode Island licensure to practice.
• Certification as a Registered Occupational Therapist by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).

Responsibilities

• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patients' needs, focusing on cognitive, fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to set personalized goals and plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to maintain gains at home and in external settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, plans, progress notes, and other records per regulatory guidelines.
• Adhere to ethical standards and professional guidelines in all aspects of practice.
