Job summary

People Well Staffing is seeking a permanent Occupational Therapist for a role in Morgan Hill, CA. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or OTA program.
• Active California OT or COTA license in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR as required by the employer.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in SNF or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve ADLs and functional independence.
• Develop or carry out individualized OT plans of care.
• Recommend adaptive strategies and therapeutic activities.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies.
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
