• Current NYS OT License and Registration required.
• Experience providing therapy in SNF or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise COTAs on a daily basis.
• Deliver therapy services to SNF patients with diverse diagnoses and monitor progress.
