Therapeutic Focus is a family-oriented outpatient pediatric therapy clinic seeking a highly motivated, passionate, coachable, tech savvy and creative Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team. Our mission is to alleviate cognitive and developmental deficiencies in children by providing safe, ethical and individualized treatment services that will prepare them to thrive within society. We provide outpatient and school-based therapy to children throughout Arkansas, Tennessee, and Louisiana.

We are currently looking for a Part Time, in-person Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team and provide pediatric services at our newly expanded clinic in Conway, Arkansas. This role is expected to grow as the clinic continues to expand and serve the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Institution (Occupational Therapy Assistant)
• Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
• Basic Internet navigation skills
• Valid state and national license (where applicable)-Occupational Therapy Assistant (Arkansas)

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Ability to understand and prepare moderately complex written materials, such as patient records.
• Ability to communicate verbally with other therapy disciplines, physicians, social workers, and other outside professionals.
• Ability to work with and without supervision and to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and projects and maintain control of work flow.
