Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is hiring compassionate Occupational Therapists for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Oklahoma City, OK.

Multiple employment types available: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN, with responsibilities to plan, organize, develop, and direct OT services, ensuring the highest quality resident care and proper documentation.

Active OT license is required; ongoing continuing education is encouraged, with competitive pay and benefits offered according to status.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Must have an Active Occupational Therapy license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular screening of residents to determine best interventions.
• Evaluate residents to inform treatment plans and establish goals.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team members.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules in cooperation with team members.
• Conduct therapy according to treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to effectively treat patients.
• Oversee COTA and ensure documentation and treatments align with reimbursement practices.
