Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services in Key West, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide in-house therapy at our partner Skilled Nursing Facility.

The role requires an OT degree, an active license, and ongoing professional development. You will screen residents, develop and implement treatment plans, document and bill services, and supervise a COTA as needed to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active OT license in the practicing state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Establish resident therapy schedules with the team.
• Document and bill OT services and ensure compliance with plans.
