Evolve Therapy Services in Key West, FL is hiring a compassionate Occupational Therapist for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling including traditional salaried hours or 4x10s, with options for part-time or PRN.

You will plan, organize, direct OT services, supervise COTA as needed, develop treatment plans, and ensure proper documentation and billing. Requires a degree in OT and an active license in Florida, plus ongoing continuing education.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree and an active license in the practicing state.
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
• Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary team and families.

Responsabilités

• Screen residents to determine optimal OT intervention and goals.
• Evaluate residents and develop evidence-based treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Communicate findings and plans to residents, families, and staff.
• Create individual therapy schedules with the team.
• Deliver therapy according to treatment plans and document/bill OT services.
• Supervise COTA and ensure compliant documentation and reimbursement.
