Job summary

Evolve Therapy Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Minot, ND. The role focuses on planning, directing OT services, and ensuring the highest quality resident care in line with federal and state standards.

Full-time, part-time or PRN positions available. Must have an OT degree and an active license in the practicing state, plus ongoing education to maintain licensure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT license in practicing state(s).
• Ongoing continuing education to maintain licensure and certification

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention or treatment.
• Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Interpret and communicate results to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Establish individual resident therapy schedules with team members.
• Deliver therapy per established plan and document/bill services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned to treat patients.
• Oversee COTA and ensure documentation and reimbursement are correct.
