Job summary

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Open to OTs at all experience levels. New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care.
• Develop care plans adhering to regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Assist with mobility, lifting, and patient handling as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries compliant with regulatory requirements.
