Arvada Care & Rehab in Arvada, CO is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapy Assistant for our in-house rehab program. The OTA will provide rehabilitative, skilled interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist and contribute to care plans for geriatric patients.

The role includes ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and progress assessments. We welcome applicants at all experience levels with current state licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited OTA program.
• Must hold current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• All experience levels considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in coordination with the supervising OT.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising OT.
