Job summary

Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation in Boulder, CO is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. Qualifications

• OT license is required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments.
• Assist with standing, walking, lifting, transferring, and repositioning as needed.
• Administer procedures within the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and care teams regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
