Northbrook Healthcare in Willits, CA is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. The role offers a $60-70/hour pay rate based on experience and a 10K sign-on bonus for the next 30 days.

Responsibilities include screening and treating patients with cognitive and ADL impairments, performing standard assessments, and documenting progress and discharge summaries in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment.
• Perform ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises and modalities.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families.
• Communicate progress and plans with the health team.
• Prepare comprehensive discharge summaries.

Responsabilités
