Job summary

Luna Rehab & Care Center is seeking a Part-Time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus plus mileage reimbursement.

You will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, document thoroughly, and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory

Qualifications

• Active NM OT license in good standing.
• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with Net Health documentation system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to identify functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on ADLs/IADLs.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions with the care team.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Educate patients and families on strategies for functional independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Ensure compliance with facility and regulatory guidelines.

Position Overview
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate, plan, and deliver individualized treatment using evidence-based approaches to help residents regain independence and improve quality of life. Youll also play an essential role in patient and family education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
