Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in a interdisciplinary setting at the Columbus, IN location. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing interventions to support patient functional goals.

The position requires an OT license (statewide) and CPR certification; 0-1 years experience noted as acceptable. We offer weekly pay, benefits after startup, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
