Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. degree from accredited occupational therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS Level C certification.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to hospital standards and promotes a cooperative work environment through communication and team building.
• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with sound professional judgment and goal setting.
• Maintains accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, and ICD-10 codes as appropriate.
• Meets department productivity standards and manages schedules to meet patient and department needs.
• Participates in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency of services.
• Promotes professional development and education of healthcare staff and shares expertise with colleagues.
• Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers.
