Qualifications

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Degree from an accredited program.
Outpatient pelvic floor therapy certification preferred (Herman & Wallace Level I or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
Conduct evaluations, manage documentation, billing, and scheduling for a full caseload.
