Sutter Health in California seeks an Occupational Therapist to assess and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with disabilities or delays. You will supervise aides, teach students, and communicate with families and providers to deliver safe, compliant care.

Required is graduation from an OT program with an active license; two years of relevant experience and driver license for home health are expected. 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts in Roseville.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• OT license valid for practice in home health.
• 2 years of recent relevant experience in therapy services.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to build or restore skills.
• Supervise assistants and aides; serve as clinical instructor for students.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure privacy, safety, and regulatory compliance in care delivery.
