Adventist Health is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions. The OT will co-lead in an interdisciplinary approach with patient groups.
Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment and discharge plans, delivering therapy protocols, ensuring timely documentation, and supervising assistants within a collaborative care environment.

Education and Work Experience: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.
