Job summary
Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Home Health in Lake County. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and work to enhance independence and safety in the home setting.

Qualifications
- Active Florida OT license.
- Home health experience preferred.
- HCHB experience preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills.

- Assess ADLs and functional limitations.
- Educate caregivers and patients.
