Job summary

Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their home health team. The OT will evaluate patients at home, develop individualized treatment plans, and work to improve independence and safety in daily activities.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida OT license, have home health experience, and demonstrate strong clinical reasoning while coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and educating caregivers.
