Visiting Nurse Association of Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Home Health team in Florida. This role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, flexible scheduling, and a supportive network as you deliver patient-centered care across Marion County.

You will perform occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, improve patient independence and safety, and educate caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT License.
• Home health experience preferred.
• HCHB experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills.
