Job summary

Sentara Health in Gloucester, VA is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist (20 hours per week) to assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore daily living skills. A Bachelor's Degree is required, with Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred, and VA OT licensure is mandatory.

You will educate patients and caregivers, supervise collaborative care, and follow department policies for standard modalities.

Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $95,825.60 - $140,961.60 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
