Pathways Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team for in-home patient care in Concord, MA, with a service area including Billerica and nearby towns. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, focusing on comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and caregiver education.

Responsibilities include supervising assistants, coordinating care, and ensuring accurate records.

• Participate in training, meetings, and case reviews.
• Refer patients to additional services and coordinate discharge planning.

Position Details:

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association. Additionally, be registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational abilities to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Maintain a current BLS CPR certification.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and own a reliable, insured vehicle.

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
