Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized care to our residents on campus. You will support activities of daily living and ensure individual needs are met within a continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.

• Provide holistic occupational therapy to residents across continuum of care.
• Implement residents' care plans, respecting preferences and routines to promote comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.

Join our Home Care team as an Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide personalized care to our residents. With all residents living on campus, you’ll have the opportunity to support them throughout their continuum of care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their individual needs are met.

Compensation: Per Diem flat rate of $55 per hour.

How you will make an impact

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.
