Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey seeks a Home Care Aide to provide compassionate personal care within our gated retirement community. You will assist residents with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and escorting to appointments and events, enabling a safe, engaging, and comfortable living environment.

The role emphasizes meeting residents’ physical needs while supporting their social well-being, under state regulations and our standards for infection control

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Certified as a Home Health Aide, CNA, GNA, or as per State and Federal law and regulations.
• Experience as a care provider serving the senior population is preferred.

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Support residents with routine housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, pet care, and closet organization.
• Escort residents to appointments and social activities; promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships.
• Follow and execute standard Infection Control & Prevention practices.
• Notify office/nurse promptly of any change in a resident’s condition.
• Maintain competency in the required job skills and knowledge.

Join our team as a Home Care Aide and do what you love - without the travel! Our clients are all within our gated retirement community. As a caregiver, you'll provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, handle housekeeping and meal preparation, and escort residents to appointments and social events.

Compensation:

Per Diem rate is $18.50 per hour.

How you will make an impact:

• Provide personal care and assists with activities of daily living

• Escort residents to appointments and social activitiesPromote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships
