Job summary

Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a per diem role within our gated community in New Jersey. The therapist will implement personal care plans, address residents’ physical and emotional needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic well-being.

Candidates should hold a valid state PT license and have experience with home care and OASIS; per diem compensation is $55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Degree and training must meet Medicare and state requirements.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• Experience with seniors in home care setting preferred.
• Experience with OASIS is a plus.

Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living NOW HIRING: PER DIEM POSITION No travel! All of our clients live within our gated community, recently named Asbury Park Press Best of the Best in 6 categories including Best Home Health Care Services. We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team.

All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

Our communities offer levels of care and include specialty programs such as:

• urinary incontinence
• vestibular rehab
• home safety assessment
• movement disorders and low vision

Compensation

per diem rate of $55 per hour
