Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist for a per diem role within our gated community in New Jersey. The therapist will implement personal care plans, address residents’ physical and emotional needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic well-being.
Candidates should hold a valid state PT license and have experience with home care and OASIS; per diem compensation is $55 per hour.

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our team.
All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
