Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Home Care Occupational Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Create and manage your own schedule and caseload while delivering high-quality OT services in patients' homes and community settings.

Ideal candidates hold a New Jersey OT license, Medicare billing/docs experience, and CPR certification. You will work autonomously with PPE, schedule coordination, and opportunities for growth and per diem outpatient hours.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Occupational Therapist License required.
• Medicare Billing and Documentation Experience required.
• Computer literacy required.
• Team player mentality required.
• Liability insurance desired.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Ability to wear PPE (masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, gowns).
• OT services to older adults in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to older adults in home/community settings.
• Assess patients and develop rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain communication with Coordinator to schedule patients.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely.
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss initiatives to improve care.
