Qualifications

• New Jersey Occupational Therapist License is required.
• Experience with Medicare billing and documentation.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Team player mentality.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to older adults in home/community settings.
• Assess patients and develop rehabilitation goals.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator to schedule patients timely.
• Complete notes thoroughly and promptly.
• Attend company-wide meetings to discuss initiatives improving clinical excellence.
