Job summary

TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center is looking for an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. The role involves evaluating patients, developing therapy plans, and providing evidence-based treatments in collaboration with medical staff.

Ideal candidates will have an accredited OT program degree, Tennessee licensure, and BLS certification. You'll join a supportive environment that values professional growth and patient care in a 100-bed facility serving Rutherford County.

Qualifications

• State of Tennessee Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient’s functional abilities and needs.
• Develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians.
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners.
